Production Associate - Omega Cabinetry

Job Overview

Master Brand Cabinets is hiring full-time and part-time Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. All positions include on-the-job training.

• Assemble or manufacture cabinet components to meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace, ensuring quality meets or exceeds expectations.
• Complete on-time delivery of finished products.
• Use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, hot glue guns, and drill machines.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Past experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 45 lb and stand or walk for a 10‑hour shift.
• Ability to read measurements and work or calculate numbers.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday.
• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM–5:30 AM, Sunday–Wednesday.
• Additional overtime may be scheduled on Friday if volumes dictate.
