Production Technician - Nights

Shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. Hourly Rate: $27.35 an hour plus $1.50 shift differential. Reporting to the night shift Supervisor.

Oversee production processes for Snack Pack Pudding. Safely operate and maintain production equipment while meeting quality, safety, and operational standards.

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and monitor production equipment.
• Perform product checks to verify quality standards.
• Operate a sit‑down forklift and scissor lift.
• Complete equipment sanitation and routine preventive maintenance.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections.
• Identify and communicate safety, quality, or operational issues.
• Use precision, hand, and powered tools.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow 5S requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment.
• PC‑based computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.

• Staying on feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders, or kneeling for extended periods.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying materials.
