Production Associate - Bertch Cabinets

Job Description

Master Brand Cabinets is hiring full‑time Production Associates to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided for the position.

You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where adaptability and quick thinking are key. Cross‑training is encouraged to broaden your skill set. Work in an environment that champions teamwork and collaboration, ensuring safety as a fundamental aspect. Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

1st shift: 5:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
• Ability to use handheld tools such as pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, power drills.
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or a production‑oriented environment preferred.
• Selected candidates will be evaluated for several production‑related roles based on business needs.
• All positions are physically demanding. Some roles require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and moving materials up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand or walk up to a full shift (10–12 hours).
