Now Hiring - Industrial Painter
Ranew's Companies is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team in Waterloo, IA.
Industrial painters apply paint and other coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces and work as part of a team.
Location: Waterloo, IA
Salary: $16 - $23 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Experience: Real industrial coating experience with liquid spray or powder coat.
Responsibilities- Paint and coat surfaces.
- Prepare paints using measurement equipment (viscosity cups, thickness gauges, gloss gauges) and chemistry knowledge to mix appropriate compounds.
- Apply paint with spray equipment, rollers or brushes; choose the best tools for each job, apply primers, pre-finishes and finishing coats; occasionally use self‑contained suits or protective wear.
- Clean work areas, following guidelines for safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste.
