Equipment Operator-2nd shift

We currently have a regular, full‑time position open for a 2nd Shift Heat Treat Equipment Operator at our Mid Port Blvd., Waterloo, IA facility.

• Set up, process and inspect parts for ion and gas nitriding processes.
• Provide backup support to heat‑treat technicians using process instructions, work orders and prints.
• Degrease, clean, sandblast, polish and unload customer parts.
• Perform routine shop duties in a climate‑controlled facility.

• Minimum five years of equipment operation experience and/or a two‑year industrial technician degree.
• Ability to operate forklift and overhead crane.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equipment operating/industrial experience preferred.

Monday through Thursday 3 pm‑11 pm, Friday 11 am‑7 pm. Four 10‑hour shift available. Shift differential paid on top of a competitive wage.
