Manufacturing Co-Op

Conagra Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Co-Op to support our fast-paced food production operations. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced plant and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency on the manufacturing floor. Responsibilities include assisting with line studies, collecting and analyzing production data, documenting processes, and supporting continuous improvement and lean initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience with equipment, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to iconic and emerging food brands in an inclusive, innovation-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations on the plant floor
• Assist with process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety and quality projects
• Document standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities
• Assist with equipment changeovers and line optimization
• Support implementation of continuous improvement projects
