From inspecting containers to cleaning reactors and packaging finished goods, you’re the link between careful process and dependable quality.

What You’ll DoPrepare for production by inspecting every container inside and out before filling, following the applicable container inspection and filling procedures/SOPs.Ready equipment by cleaning reactors and associated lines prior to each batch in accordance with GMP procedures and SOPs for recordkeeping and equipment cleaning/inspection.

Suit up with prescribed PPE for all filling and mixing; follow guidance from Production Worksheets and PPE certifications.

Own product quality—verify specifications, including filtration of liquid products, before anything leaves the production area.

Keep production spaces safe and spotless; everyone contributes to a clean, organized environment.

Inspect tank trucks before every load or unload and adhere to Tank Truck Bulk Loading/Unloading SOPs.Review all paperwork prior to loading or unloading, following Tank Truck Loading, Tank Truck Unloading, and Railcar Unloading procedures.

Check production schedules and Batch Records to confirm correct raw materials and order of addition.

Clean totes per procedure; document product service and tote testing within the prism tote tracking system.

Complete assigned weekly area inspections; maintain the filter log and any other required logs; submit inspection checklists on time.

Review Catalyst weekly, complete assigned training, and keep SOP reviews up to date.

Attend all required training sessions as scheduled (unless absent from work).Champion Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence by maintaining quality facilities and delivering top-tier products and services to internal and external customers.

Execute duties outlined in relevant SOPs and take on other tasks as assigned.

Participate in Emergency Response Team activities and complete required RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training.

Enter Maximo service requests for equipment needing repair.

Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pmWeekend Nights:
Friday–Sunday, every other Thursday, 6:00pm–6:30amInitial training occurs on 1st shift for approximately 2–4 months. You’ll still receive the shift premium during training.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (required)2+ years preferred in chemical processing or other manufacturing

Basic computer literacy and MS Office familiarity

Clear communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, and speak English You should be proficient in:
