Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Radiator Assembly Technician to join a local manufacturing team. This position will be responsible for assembling large radiators used in powerful generators. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and able to safely work with large components and lifting equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble large radiators used in generator systems
- Pick and organize necessary assembly components, including nuts, bolts, and other hardware
- Use hand tools and large breaker bar-style torque wrenches to complete assemblies
- Operate a 6-ton overhead hoist to safely move and position large components
- Follow assembly instructions and specifications
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience using hand tools required
- Hoist or lift experience is a plus
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with large equipment and components
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and safety-conscious
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
- Ability to use hand tools and torque wrenches throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks
- Comfortable working around large parts, overhead hoists, and manufacturing equipment
