Location:
Dike, Iowa
Pay: $18
Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm with opportunity to work overtime
Responsibilities:Mold archery targets including prepping molds, injecting foam, trimming, and assembling
Inspect products for quality
Work with chemicals safely and follow plant safety rules
Maintain a clean work area
Complete production forms and documentation
- Communicating possible improvements to processes
Lift 25–50 lbs frequently
Stand 8–10 hours per shift
Use hand tools and push/pull molds regularly
Knowledge of manufacturing (1-2 years)
Knowledge of light machinery (hand trimmer, compressed air blower, liquid foam)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Good hand–eye coordination
Ability to read/write basic documentation
