** Position Highlights*
* + Work directly with
** Electrophysiologist and Interventional Cardiologist*
* + Join a team of
** 4 experienced Cardiology APPs*
* + Blend of
** inpatient and outpatient responsibilities*
* + Participate in management of
** complex cardiac patients*

** team-based care model
** with physician collaboration
+ Structured onboarding and mentorship
+ Monday-Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities
** Clinical Responsibilities*
* + Evaluate and manage patients with
** cardiovascular conditions*
* + Provide care in both
** clinic and hospital settings*
* + Support EP and Interventional services including:
+ Arrhythmia management
+ Post-procedure care (pacemakers, ablations, cath lab cases)
+ Heart disease management
+ Perform
** rounding, consults, and follow-up care*
* + Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care coordinators
+ Educate patients on treatment plans and lifestyle modifications
** Qualifications*
* + Certified
** Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP)
** or
** Physician Assistant (PA-C)*
* + Eligible for
** Iowa licensure*
* + Cardiology experience preferred; however:
+ Candidates with strong acute care or internal medicine backgrounds are encouraged to apply
+ Interest in
** EP and Interventional Cardiology
** preferred
+ Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
