Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room (OR) position in Iowa, requiring an active IA or compact RN license and OR surgical nursing experience.

Job Details

• Work in the Surgery/OR unit of an acute care hospital setting,

• Day shift schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM,

• 36-hour week option ) and 40-hour week option ) available,

• Weekend requirement: every 4th-5th weekend,

• Weeknight on-call required approximately every 1-2 weeks,

• Holiday coverage via call rotation,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Iowa (IA) or a compact license currently in hand,

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required,

• Current ACLS certification required,

• Current NIHSS certification required,

• References required for consideration,

• COVID vaccination card required for consideration,

• Local candidates are accepted in Iowa; local pay rates apply for IA-based candidates,

• License/certification verification must be dated within 30 days of start date; NURSYS verification is preferred for RNs
