** Responsibilities*
* + Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages

+ Conduct patient assessments, perform examinations, and manage chronic and acute conditions

+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans

+ Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members

+ Deliver patient education and preventive health guidance

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC

+ Participate in quality improvement and clinic initiatives

** Qualifications*
* +  
** ARNP or PA-C
** with current Iowa licensure (or ability to obtain)

+ Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or relevant specialty

+ Previous primary care experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply

+ Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered mindset
