: 1.0 FTE, Salaried, 8 hour shifts

• Assess, analyze, and guide clinical practice using the nursing process
• Conduct patient care rounds to evaluate care quality and appropriateness
• Use data and clinical systems to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
• Provide real‑time coaching and education to clinical staff
• Collaborate with leaders to identify care gaps and implement improvements
• Design and deliver education based on identified staff learning needs
• Support onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses and care teams
• Evaluate and support ongoing clinical competency development
• Integrate evidence‑based practice and nursing research into patient care
• Monitor patient outcomes and guide updates to care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address clinical challenges
• Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Evaluate and enhance nursing standards of care and professional practice
• Support development and implementation of best practices
• Participate in ongoing professional development and research activities
• Follow all safety, infection control, and workplace health protocols
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and colleagues

• Masters Degree (MSN) Required
• 3–5 years of experience in a specialty area of nursing required
• Licensure as RN in Iowa
• Certification in specialty area required within 6 months of hire
• Mandatory Reporter, BLS, ACLS required
