You must be a CNA with a current license for the state of Iowa

Shifts: 1st shift Full time 7:00am-3:30pm with rotating weekends

Job Description

• Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Holds a current Nurses’ Aide Certificate from the State of Iowa
