Registered Nurse (RN) –Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
- Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care team members
- Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred (not required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑centered approach to care
