About the Role

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are needed to join the supportive team at Harmony House Care Center. We provide opportunities to grow and advance your career.

Flexible scheduling with 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts. Options for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN.

• Administer medication and nursing care as directed by the individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents’ well‑being and safety.
• Maintain a high standard of care and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.

• Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferable.
