ASU RN – Registered Nurse (Ambulatory Surgery Unit)

Location: Waterloo, IA.
Employment Type: Full time.
Shift: Day Shift (0.9 FTE).

As an Ambulatory Surgery Unit RN at Mercy One, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care through evidence‑based practice. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcome‑focused care for patients undergoing surgery or procedures in an outpatient setting. You will lead a collaborative team, supervising and coordinating care provided by LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other nursing team members to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.

• Associate degree required.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Mandatory Reporter status.
• ACLS certification.
• No prior experience required.
