The role includes assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, supervising LPNs and PCAs, and coordinating communication with physicians, families and the healthcare team. The position is day shift, 1.0 FTE, 7:00 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m., with on-call requirements.
