RN - Emergency Room

Waterloo, IA

Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (0700–1930 or 1900–0730) | Every Third Weekend | Every Third Holiday

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and disposition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Iowa
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Prior Emergency Room nursing experience

• TNCC or CEN certification
• Experience with high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency departments

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic Emergency Room environment with a consistent and predictable contract schedule
