Travel Nurse Source and Magnet Medical are seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg/Telemetry in Waterloo, Iowa. This RN will provide comprehensive care in a busy Med/Surg unit with telemetry monitoring, administer medications, monitor vitals and rhythms, and support discharge planning.
Shifts are Nights, 12-hour blocks, 13-week contract with start date 8/24/2026. Candidates should be BLS certified and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment.
