Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse (RN) needed to provide high-quality nursing care during a consistent weekend schedule in Tripoli, Iowa. The role supports residents and patients with compassionate care, assessment, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Assess patient needs and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
• Collaborate with CNAs, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Follow all applicable nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
