Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and supporting recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in health status.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
