* Mercy One Waterloo OB/GYN is a well-established, patient-centered women's health practice dedicated to providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care throughout all stages of life. The APP will join a collaborative team of experienced OB/GYN physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support personnel committed to delivering high-quality care to women across Northeast Iowa.

** Opportunity Highlights*
* + Full-time outpatient position

+ Join a growing and supportive women's health team

** Work alongside experienced OB/GYN physicians, APPs and Midwives*
* + Established patient panel with strong referral base

+ Modern clinic space located on either the Mercy One Waterloo Medical Center campus or the Cedar Falls OB/GYN clinic on Bluebell Road

+ EPIC electronic medical record

** Responsibilities*
* The APP will provide comprehensive women's healthcare services including:

** Gynecology*
* + Annual wellness examinations

+ Preventive care and health screenings

+ Contraceptive counseling and management

+ Evaluation and treatment of common gynecologic conditions

+ STI screening and treatment

+ Management of abnormal pap results and follow-up care

** Obstetrics*
* + Routine prenatal visits

+ Postpartum follow-up care

+ Patient education and counseling

+ Care coordination with OB physicians and specialists

+ Monitoring low-risk pregnancies under established protocols

** Procedures*
* + Pelvic examinations

+ Pap smears

+ Endometrial biopsies

+ IUD insertion and removal

+ Other office-based procedures consistent with training and experience

** Patient Population*
* + Adolescent gynecology

+ Reproductive-age women

+ Prenatal patients

+ Postpartum patients

+ Menopausal and post-menopausal women

** Schedule*
* + Monday through Friday clinic schedule

+ No hospital call requirements

+ Current Iowa licensure or ability to obtain
