ScheduleDay shift position: 7:00am-7:00pm
Works every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday
LocationCedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo, IA
What You'll Do- Provide nursing care for up to 6 patients in our inpatient Hospice Home.
- Deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care focused on comfort, dignity and quality of life
- Assess patients physical, emotional, psychosocial and spiritual needs
- Participates in developing individualized care plans
- Educate and support patients, caregivers and families
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn work‑related software
- Valid Iowa driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Two years of recent nursing experience
- Previous hospice, home health, palliative care, or related nursing experience
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Pre‑employment/post‑offer physical, TB, and drug screen required
