What You’ll Do- Provide Exceptional Care:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient. - Lead & Collaborate:
Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring seamless teamwork. - Communicate with
Purpose:
Build bridges between physicians, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Part Time Role (.6 FTE):
Enjoy flexible 12-hour shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. - Every Third Weekend Rotation Balance work and personal life while making a difference.
- Iowa RN License: A current license is required to join our team.
- Education:
While a BSN is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.
