Mercy One Health System in Waterloo, IA is hiring a Pediatric RN for a full-time, night shift in our 8–10 bed inpatient pediatric unit. The role emphasizes critical thinking and collaboration with pediatricians, families, and the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented care.
Requires an Associate degree (BSN preferred), Iowa RN license, BLS and PALS; no prior experience required. Nights, 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation.
