Mercy One Northeast Iowa is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our 23-bed unit in Waterloo, IA. This full-time night shift (7p–7a) role supports post-surgical and general medical patients, with emphasis on pain management and family involvement.
You’ll lead LPNs and PCAs, coordinate care with physicians, and participate in a collaborative, patient-centered team. Iowa RN license required; BSN preferred; sign-on bonus starting at $10,000.
