Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Waterloo, IA | Acute Care

Contract | Days (Mixed/Varied) | 0.9 FTE

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
• Respond to emergent and critical patient situations with clinical expertise

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in an Emergency Room or acute care environment

• ACLS and/or TNCC certification
• Experience with high-volume emergency department patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic Emergency Room environment with a dedicated clinical team
