T-Mobile is looking for Mobile Associates to energize their brand in retail partner locations. The role involves engaging customers, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and experience in customer service or sales.
Associates will utilize digital tools to assist customers, continuously improve their skills, and build relationships for a satisfying customer experience. Training includes essential product knowledge, ensuring readiness at all times.
Compensation includes hourly pay of $18 with additional training pay and incentives up to $20 hourly.
