Retail Display Installer – Technology

Job Type: Per‑need, Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, weekends not required.

Pay: $18.00 per hour.
Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
Paid training.
Flexible self‑scheduling with fixed shifts based on availability.

• Install and update sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and display buildouts.
• Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs according to planograms and client directives.
• Use mobile applications to complete assignments, update job status, and upload photos.
• Maintain accurate schedule and availability, respond to management within 24 hours and accept jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs and keep displays fully functional.
• Assist other team members as needed and submit accurate timecards.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people.
• Report anomalies daily and provide solution feedback.
• Follow all directives, adhere to timelines, and maintain operational efficiencies.

• Minimum 18 years of age; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekdays, weekends, holidays, early morning, and late‑night as needed.
• Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: retail or merchandising experience).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
• Use designated mobile systems to track, record, and communicate activity.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
