We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Floor Leader to help manage daily store operations and support our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will serve as a key holder, demonstrate exemplary leadership, and contribute to creating a fun, customer-focused shopping experience.

• Open and close the store as a key holder
• Assist the General Manager in meeting sales targets
• Champion customer service initiatives and handle issues with professionalism
• Train and mentor team members on processes and best practices
• Delegate daily assignments and manage employee breaks
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
• Conduct register overrides, manage safe/till counts, and execute cash reconciliation
• Adhere to and promote loss prevention procedures

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong customer service skills with a positive disposition
• Minimum of 2 years in retail or customer service roles
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
• Ability to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment operation

• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and being on your feet for extended periods

• Collaborative, team-oriented work atmosphere
