What You’ll Do- Provide member service.
- Maintain the checkout area.
- Resolve member issues and concerns.
- Promote Sam’s Club products and services.
- Guide members regarding self‑service technology.
- Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
- Handle merchandise properly, report unsafe situations, and keep entrance and exit areas compliant.
- Acknowledge members, verify membership cards, and identify member needs.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
- Maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Execute emergency response procedures and maintain required documentation.
- Train Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, tools, and new program rollouts.
- Identify shrink and damage, zone areas, and arrange merchandise for optimal display.
- Implement action plans for ethical standards, using the Open Door Policy.
- Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Adapt to change and learn from feedback.
- Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
- Working with mobile retail applications.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
