As a Membership Associate at Sam’s Club, you will support members, promote our membership benefits, and help drive membership growth while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

• Provide information on membership benefits and assist members in making purchasing decisions.
• Process memberships upgrades, credit accounts, and updates in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts following proper spotting and handling procedures.
• Fulfill member Pull, Click n Pull, and Fax n Pull orders: review orders, pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, and verify accuracy.
• Communicate progress and identify priorities based on policies, data, and resources.
• Resolve member issues, provide excellent service, and promote company products.
• Act with integrity, serve customers first, and adapt to change while continuously improving processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
