Hourly Wage

Pay: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise off the shelf into the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
