Inside Sales Coordinator

Black Hawk Rental /Black Hawk Equipment of Waterloo is continuing to grow! We are searching for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our expanding customer base. Our Inside Sales Coordinators
interact with a diverse customer base ranging from homeowner, construction, agriculture, commercial, industrial, and municipality backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of landscaping, industrial, and construction equipment the we Rent, Sell, and Service.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Establish new rental sales accounts by providing exceptional customer service to call-in and walk-in customers
• Process rental quotations, reservations, purchase orders, and invoices
• Coordinate and dispatch daily equipment deliveries and pick-ups
• Fulfill customer and service department part requests with in-stock inventory and as needed, order additional parts from vendors
• Support the Parts Department by receiving, stocking, and distributing parts
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our equipment product lines that we Rent, Sell, and Service
• Represent the company at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and training

QUALIFICATIONS

The right person for this job will have a dynamic personality and enjoy interacting with customers and co-workers. This person will be outgoing and self-motivated, have a competitive side that drives performance, and have a sense of urgency and timing.

• Equipment knowledge or previous industry experiences a plus
• Sales driven with a positive attitude
• Computer skills required and the ability to learn multiple software applications and programs
• Excellent communication, negotiating, and customer service skills
• Works effectively with all levels of the company - Parts, Service, Sales, Rental.
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of equipment applications, operation and construction phases
• Personal appearance must be neat and clean
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of company driver policy
• This position requires a valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of the Company Driver Policy; the Company will review motor vehicle records annually for all employees for whom driving a motor vehicle is an essential job function for conducting company business
