Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and policy concerns to site representatives;
Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, following post orders, and completing routine reports related to security-related observations and incident activity
