Pay Range: $19.25/HR
Candidates must have open availability
Candidates MUST be 19+ Years Old
Candidates MUST have Valid Drivers License that must be held for 1 full year with no interruptions, cannot have more than 1 violation within a 2-year period on their driving record
Candidates MUST be able to pass an extensive criminal background check and consent to complete and pass a drug screen
Candidates with prior 1+ Years of security experience OR military/correctional officer experience OR law enforcment experience is highly preferred

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed. The Security Professional will conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior) in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including production spaces, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity at the location.
- Support daily operations by observing workplace conditions, reporting hazards, and/or assisting with orderly responses to disruptions, deliveries, or visitor-related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
