Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report security-related observations, hazards, or unusual conditions to site leadership;
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
