SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for managing and supervising full-time and part-time security officers; responsible for 24 hour 7 days a week security operations. This person will develop, coordinate, implement company security policies and procedures, as well as, ensure all initial annual training for security personnel is conducted and recorded. Position will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining 24 hour security manning schedule;

coordinate security actions and procedures with other department managers as required and assist in conducting internal investigations. Successful candidate will coordinate with local state law enforcement agencies and emergency services as required. May be required to perform day-to-day security duties in the absence of adequate security force manning; as well as manage and supervise all security administrative functions. Other duties responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED required Experience
• Four (4) years security or law enforcement experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Must be computer literate. Prefer experience with word processing software such as Microsoft Word spreadsheet applications such as Excel.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Effective verbal and written communication skills required. This includes a thorough knowledge of business English spelling and grammar.
• Travel:
  None
