Maintain and troubleshoot plant utility systems including boiler, ammonia and refrigeration, compressed air, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning;
Lead root cause problem solving and drive continuous improvement using Conagra Performance System tools and Kaizen activities;
Sustain 5S standards while identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency;
Execute preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and support capital and plant improvement projects;
Manage inventory accuracy and maintenance documentation through SAP
