Mechatronics Field Engineer, CNC Equipment

You’ll support a diverse set of manufacturers with a primary focus on Iowa, extending across IA, MN, and MO. Expect about 50% travel with paid travel time, not a cross-country road routine.

Keep customers’ CNC machining and turning centers running at peak performance and turn each interaction into long-term trust.

• Own on-site service: installations, startups, field repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues end-to-end across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Partner with sales when service insights uncover upgrade or training opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with every stakeholder and represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and ethics.
• Document accurately: customer records, technical notes, and project details.
• Contribute wherever needed with other related duties.
