Waterloo Fiber is seeking a Field Services Technician Level II – Outside Plant to maintain and repair the company’s OSP network across POPs, feeders, LCPs, and the customer handoff in Waterloo, IA. You will use OTDRs, power meters, and fusion splicers to locate faults, verify restoration, and document results.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fiber-optic OSP work, strong splice/testing skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
