Waterloo Fiber is seeking a Field Services Technician Level I to install and activate fiber service at homes and businesses. You will manage the customer-premises portion from the exterior network to inside the premises, including ONT activation and connectivity testing.
You will provide professional customer service, perform documentation, and work independently in a field setting with on-call responsibility. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.
