Local CDL Driver - Bertch Cabinets

Master Brand is the largest manufacturer of residential cabinets in North America, producing a comprehensive portfolio of superior cabinetry products for the kitchen, bath, and other parts of the home.

The Local/On‑Site Driver delivers parts and products throughout the Bertch sites by various means, including straight truck, forklift, van, or semi. A Class A CDL is required. Work schedule is 5:30am–4:00pm Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Friday.

• Ensure safety and quality.
• Deliver parts to customer satisfaction.
• Answer or direct associate questions.
• Load trucks as needed.
• Lift, push, and handle freight.
• Work overtime on short notice and weekends when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Class A CDL license.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.
• Successful completion of annual physicals as required by DOT regulations.

• Read measurement tools.
• Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

• Lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to or exceeding 50lbs.
• Stand or walk for an entire shift (8–10h).
• Sit for long periods while in the vehicle.

• Work in Iowa climates; heat and cold conditions present.
• Fast‑paced workloads and loud noise levels.
• Potential exposure to paint fumes and chemicals.
• Personal protective equipment as required by OSHA will be provided.
