DC Training Coordinator
Hours: Primarily 1st shift hours, must be flexible based on training needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods.
- Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
- Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
- Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.
- Ensure strict adherence to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Ability to strictly follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physical capability to carry out warehouse tasks, including lifting and transporting heavy objects.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and record‑keeping.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $37.18 (Monthly for Salaried roles / Hourly for all other roles). This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
