Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support.
  • Ensure safe and accurate storage of materials.
  • Provide daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Schedule repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts.
  • Assist in developing replenishment plans for equipment.
  • Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a dedication to flawless execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay Range
  • $18.50 – $40.19 per hour.
