** Starting rate on 2nd shift: $23.50/hr
**** Additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance!
**** Shift start time typically is 3p-11:30p but can start at staggered times of 4p, 5p, or 6p.**## Responsibilities
* Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining our exceptionally high standards.
* Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods throughout the facility.
* Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
* Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to determine and successfully implement solutions.
* Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, ensuring that every order meets our world-class quality standards.
* Follow company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
* Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our ambitious operational goals.
* Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the team’s success.## Requirements
* Proven experience in warehouse operations
* Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently

- ** Pay Range:**-$15.00 - $30.15
- *** Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles
* OR
* Hourly for all other roles.***-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
