Weekend Shift – General Warehouse Equipment Operator

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a motivated individual to operate warehouse equipment during the weekend shift (four 10‑hour days, Friday through Monday, 6:30a.m. –5:00p.m.). The base pay is $23.50 per hour with the potential to earn up to $5.50 per hour more based on individual incentive. Overtime may be required as needed.

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods.
• Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.
• Follow company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements closely.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the warehouse operations.

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
