Warehouse Specialist -1st Shift

Join our team as a Warehouse Specialist and become a subject matter expert of our state‑of‑the‑art OPEX automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS). In this role, you'll leverage technology and warehouse expertise to manage inventory flow, support automated fulfillment processes, and ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and staged to meet demanding service levels. You'll act as a go‑to resource for automation operations, using tablets, RF scanners, and warehouse software to maintain inventory accuracy, identify system issues, and help resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Floor Work Direction:
  Assist in the allocation of tasks to warehouse staff. Ensure that work is performed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  Develop in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling.
