2nd shift DC General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator

Overview

Starting rate on 2nd shift: $23.50/hr additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance. Shift start times: 3:00–11:30p.m. with staggered options at 4:00, 5:00 or 6:00p.m.

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining exceptionally high standards.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate flawless flow of goods throughout the facility.
• Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to determine and implement solutions.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, ensuring each order meets world‑class quality standards.
• Follow company compliance along with HSE policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support ambitious operational goals.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the team’s success.

• Pay Range: $15.00 – $30.15/hour (hourly). Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
